1. East Cooper Outboard Motor Club Turkey Shoot
November 26th – November 27th, 6:30 PM | Goldbug Island
We welcome everyone to Goldbug Island to participate in our 56th annual Turkey Shoot! All proceeds are donated to local charities and scholarship programs. Times: 6:30 PM – When we’re done having fun. Our turkey shoot does not contain live or dead turkeys as targets.
2. Thanksgiving Day Shotgun
Thurs., November 28th, 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Patriots Point Links
Get your clubs out in the morning and play at Patriots Point Links before spending the rest of the day with your family! Time: 9:00 a.m. shotgun. Cost: $69. 3. Holiday Festival
Fri., November 29th, 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM | Wild Dunes Resort
Join us for a seaside celebration to kick off the holiday season! Marvel at how the Grand Pavilion glows during our tree lighting ceremony followed by a Lowcountry oyster roast in the Sweetgrass Pavilion. In addition to the oysters, we will also be serving a buffet of mixed salad and assorted dressings, catfish, chicken fingers, fries, chili, coleslaw, iced tea, and lemonade. The buffet will also include s’mores, hot chocolate, popcorn, and a chef’s selection of other desserts. Get in the holiday spirit with a complimentary showing of a children’s holiday movie and don’t forget to visit with Santa!
4. Thankful Saturday DIY Family Workshop
Sat., November 30th, 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM | AR Workshop
Bring the family and join us at AR Workshop for a Family-Friendly DIY class to make a Plank Wood Sign, Round Lazy Susan, Plank Trophy Shelf, Youth Wood Sign, 12×16 Game Board, Pedestal Tray…..or many other awesome options! In the workshop, you will have the opportunity to customize your project with your choice of designer paints and (non-toxic!) stain colors.
5. All You Can Eat Oyster Roast
Sat., November 30th, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM | The Rusty Rudder
Join us each Saturday for ALL YOU CAN EAT local pit fired oysters and a chef selected side for just $25 sponsored by our friends at Southern Flavor Magazine! PLUS Live music on the patio 5:00 PM -8:00 PM! Regular menu also available.
6. Name The Music Trivia
Sun., December 1st, 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Ghost Monkey Brewery
Name The Music is a family-friendly and fun high-energy trivia game where you guess song titles, artists and release dates to win prizes every 1/2 hour… featuring upbeat songs from all decades!
