Holiday Movie Night | December 8, 6:00PM
The whole family can welcome the Christmas season with the Town of Mount Pleasant’s Holiday Movie Night. Bring your own seat for a free outdoor screening of “Elf.” The Moultrie Middle School football field will be transformed into a community movie theater; one with a perfect view of the town Christmas tree. Holiday Farmers Market & Craft Show | December 9, 11:00AM – 4:00PM
The annual Holiday Farmers Market & Craft Show features the same locally grown produce, baked goods, and prepared foods as the weekly Farmers Market, as well as ornaments, gifts, crafts, and art from local artisans. In addition to holiday shopping, the market will feature children’s activities and a visit from Santa. Mount Pleasant Christmas Light Parade | December 10, 5:30PM
For one night a year, Coleman Boulevard lights up after dark, with over 100 glittering floats marching ½ a mile from Mill Street to Patriots Point. The annual Mount Pleasant Christmas Light Parade has been a holiday tradition for decades. The evening parade attracts 10,000 spectators annually—locals and visitors alike who are eager to see floats created by local schools, marching bands, organizations, and businesses, and catch a glimpse of Santa.
