Get into the holiday spirit at the Annual Mount Pleasant Holiday Market & Craft Show, a cheerful twist on our beloved farmers market, only merrier, brighter, and brimming with local creativity! This seasonal favorite transforms the market into a festive wonderland filled with handcrafted gifts and homemade holiday treats made right here in Mount Pleasant. Browse booths overflowing with ornaments, glasswork, photography, pottery, and one-of-a-kind creations crafted by talented local makers. It’s the perfect place to finish your holiday shopping and discover unique gifts you can only find in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.


Families will love the jolly lineup of activities, including live entertainment, balloon art, caricature drawings, and even a special visit from Santa himself! Come shop and celebrate at this festive market where holiday magic meets hometown charm. As always, admission and parking are free and all residents and visitors are welcome to delight in this unique shopping experience.

Mount Pleasant Christmas Light Parade

5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Celebrate the magic of the season at the Annual Mount Pleasant Christmas Light Parade, one of the Lowcountry’s most dazzling holiday traditions! The festivities kick off at 5:30 p.m. with a brilliant fireworks show that lights up the sky and sets the tone for an unforgettable evening. From there, the parade rolls out from Live Oak Drive, making its merry way down Coleman Boulevard before wrapping up at Patriots Point Road. Along the route, you’ll experience the full sparkle of the season with marching bands, a Mount Pleasant Police Motorcycle show, and hundreds of glowing floats decked out with tens of thousands of twinkling lights.


And of course, no holiday parade would be complete without the big man himself, Santa Claus, arriving in style aboard a Mount Pleasant firetruck to spread cheer to all ages! Bundle up, bring your holiday spirit, and join us for an evening guaranteed to brighten your season in the most Mount Pleasant way! Coleman Boulevard Road Closure Schedule:



  • Whilden St. to Pherigo St. closes at 4:00 p.m. for the lineup

  • Whilden St. to Patriots Point Rd. closes at 5:00 p.m.

  • Ravenel Bridge off-ramp onto Coleman Blvd. closes at 5:00 (all traffic diverted to Highway 17)

  • Patriots Point Rd. from Coleman Blvd. to Harry Hallman Blvd. closes at 5:00 (all Patriots Point and hotel/golf course traffic will divert onto Harry Hallman)

Attention Drone Pilots: To help ensure we have a safe event, the Town of Mount Pleasant requests that drone pilots not fly over or along the parade route. Pilots are reminded that the Federal Aviation Authority requires a Part 107 Waiver if they are going to fly at night or fly over people.
