The Charleston Battery is our local professional soccer club. Get ready to Pack The Point to cheer on the Charleston Battery against Louisville City FC!

Meet veteran sailors who served on USS Yorktown CV-10 at this community event for all ages! This event is included with the cost of general admission.

Kick back, tune in, and let the good vibes roll at Palmetto Park Jam! Visit Palmetto Islands County Park for an easygoing afternoon of live music, local flavor, and Lowcountry charm. Headlining the event is Idlewild Revival, a beloved local group of seasoned, professional musicians, who are resurrecting the Allman Brothers’ music to old and new fans. Expect extended jams, familiar favorites, and plenty of moments that’ll have you dancing in the park. While the music plays, explore a variety of food and craft vendors, serving up tasty bites, cold drinks, and handmade goods. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, gather your friends, and settle in for an afternoon that’s all about music, community, and good times outdoors.

Make your Thursdays a little more fun with our FREE live music series, Live Under The Oaks, every Thursday in October. Gather your friends, bring the family and settle in for an evening of great tunes, good vibes and all the best of fall.

Emceed by Johnny O’ of 95SX, all concerts are free to attend. Grab take-out from your favorite Towne Centre restaurant or visit our weekly Food Truck for nibbles; beer & wine will be available for purchase from Burtons Grill + Bar.

Cast your line and compete for prizes at the Cast Off Fishing Tournament at the Mount Pleasant Pier! Whether you’re an experienced angler or just looking for a fun day on the water, this family-friendly tournament offers a chance to fish the Cooper River from one of the area’s most scenic spots. Participants can compete in multiple categories while enjoying incredible views of the Ravenel Bridge and the Lowcountry waterfront. Bring your gear, your luck, and get ready to see what bites!

Old and new traditions delight at the 39th Annual Town of Mount Pleasant Children’s Day Festival presented by Harris Teeter! Families will enjoy carnival rides, inflatable slides, live entertainment, pony rides, games, and many other activities!  Admission and all activities are free. Free parking is available at Cario Middle School and Charles Pinckney/Laurel Hill as well as Kids Teeth – shuttles run all day or simply use the school’s cut-through for a nice short walk!
