21st Annual Christmas Light Parade & Tree Lighting
More than 100 brilliantly lit floats will march down Coleman Boulevard as the Mount Pleasant Christmas Light Parade sets sail to the delight of thousands of residents and visitors. The festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. with the lighting of the Town of Mount Pleasant Christmas Tree and fireworks display at Moultrie Middle School, immediately followed by the parade.
The parade starts at the intersection of Coleman Boulevard and Pelzer Drive, crosses over Shem Creek, proceeds up Coleman Boulevard and concludes at Sea Island Shopping Center around 8:00 p.m.
The Old Village will be accessible from McCants Drive via Rifle Range Road. Russell Drive will be accessible from Chuck Dawley Boulevard.

Carefully read the rules and fill out the entry form if you would like to participate in the 21st Annual Christmas Light Parade. Entry is only open to organizations and companies within the Town of Mount Pleasant until Oct. 1, at which time entries will be accepted from entities outside town limits. There is a MANDATORY parade meeting on Tues., Nov. 15, at either 12:30 or 5:30 p.m. (choose the one most convenient for your schedule) at the Mount Pleasant Municipal Complex, 100 Ann Edwards Lane, Building C (Council Chambers/Courtroom), Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. All participants must send a representative to this meeting or forfeit space to someone on the wait list who is in attendance.
