The Mount Pleasant Farmers Market is where our community meets to share in a vibrant array of locally grown and SC Certified produce. Stroll through the market to find a bounty of just-picked vegetables, fruits, and fragrant flowers along with local seafood, fresh-cooked meals, baked and canned goods, and locally produced snacks.
Also available each week for your assistance are the Clemson Extension Master gardeners, seasoned volunteers who can help solve most pesky gardening problems.
Wednesday Dock Series with Tom Crowley

Join us on hump day for happy hour with some live music at Muddy’s Dock Bar! In addition to our normal happy hour specials, we’ve got: $5 Svedka drinks, $4 Sweetwater cans, and $2 jello shots benefiting Pet Helpers. Tom Crowley will be playing 5-7! Who doesn’t want to be in the sand with a cold beer listening to good tunes. . . plus the view ain’t bad either 😉
Mayor’s Music and Art Reception

Town of Mount Pleasant Mayor Will Haynie is teaming up with the Mount Pleasant Culture, Arts & Pride Commission to bring you the Mayor’s Music & Art Reception! Stop by Mount Pleasant Town Hall on Thursday, Aug. 22 from 4-5 p.m. to check out the new featured art, meet the artists, listen to music, enjoy refreshments, and more! Members of the Mount Pleasant Culture, Arts & Pride Commission will be present to answer questions and inform guests about recent and upcoming community initiatives.
Friday, August 23, 6pm – 10:30 pm | Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park
Mount Pleasant residents and visitors bring blankets and chairs, sit back to enjoy an incredible sunset while listening to local musicians in the East Cooper Baptist Church Orchestra, and then watch The Greatest Showman with the beautiful Ravenel Bridge and Charleston Harbor for a backdrop. Movies begin at sunset (approx. 8:30 p.m.) Free admission & parking! Music and food sales begin at 6:00 p.m. weekly. Food trucks will be onsite for dinner and snacking. Of course a movie night would not be complete without concessions! Various vendors will be onsite to fulfill your summer cravings and keep you cool!
