You can look into the marsh to find several different forms of wildlife including fish, birds, crabs and more. Often you will be greeted by dolphins swimming in and out of the creek.

Pitt Street Railroad Bridge

If you are looking for a longer walk, the Pitt Street Bridge is just the place! Start by adventuring through the gorgeous Old Village Historic District and end up at the Pitt Street Railroad Bridge. This is the former railroad causeway that connected Mount Pleasant to Sullivan's Island. You can now walk your leashed dog and enjoy stunning views of the sunset.

Palmetto Islands County Park is over 900 acres of a tropical wonderland. You can walk with your leashed companion at this lovely park, which also includes a fenced off-leash dog run.
